SEARCH AND OPTIONS

It all starts with the search for one or more locations for a shoot, photo session, or event. You can search for yourself on our website or you can request that we search for you and we will propose options that adapt to your project.

CHECK AVAILABILITY AND APPROXIMATE COST

When checking the availability of the location on our website, you can include the dates and working hours you need and the system will offer you an approximate price (you must be registered for this). In addition, you will receive your request by email so that you can consult it at any time.

AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION

When you check the availability of one or several locations, we receive an email with your request. After verifying with you that the data is correct, we will contact the owner to confirm the availability and final rental price of the location. At this cost, you will have to include the agency fee that Rep charges for the steps taken until the end of the production. This fee will vary depending on the type of production and the number of days contracted.

ARTISTIC AND TECHNICAL VISIT

From Rep, we take care of coordinating the necessary visits prior to the formalization of the rental of the location. For us, it is important that the whole process is fluid and satisfactory for both parties.

CONTRACT SIGNATURE

Once the location, dates, and agreed conditions have been verified, we proceed to draw up the rental contract between the Owner and the Client.

FILMING

Prior to the day of the shoot and during it, we take care of monitoring the production to ensure that everything is carried out satisfactorily, both for the Owner and for our Client.

ENDING

Create an account as Owner and upload to our website the space you want to rent for filming, photo sessions or events. It is very important that the photos are of quality and conform to our company guidelines

REVIEW AND APPROVAL

After uploading your space, we will review your request to verify that the data is correct. It is important that the photos you upload have good quality. If these are not valid, we will let you know as soon as possible and we will offer you advice and alternatives so that you have quality photos. Remember that good photos receive many more rental requests than others that are not.

PUBLISHING

Once everything is OK, we will notify you that your space will be published on our website.

As soon as your property is published, we will assign you an agent who will be in charge of speaking with you about all matters related to your property. You will not have to manage calls or emails from clients interested in your property, everything will be managed through Rep to avoid unnecessary work and guarantee that the entire process of renting and using the property is carried out correctly.

OPTIONS PROCESS

Our clients use our website to locate spaces that fit their shooting needs, but we also work looking for and recommending spaces for other clients who prefer this way of working. Your property will be published on our website, and will also be offered to our clients as a filming option when your agent considers that it suits the project. All with the utmost discretion regarding your personal data or the location of your property.

SELECTION PROCESS

When a client is interested in your property, we will receive a request that will be managed by your agent who will validate the request data with our client. After, we will then contact you to see if the space is available and to confirm the rental price. With this information, we will make a final budget for our client, where we will indicate the rental rate for the location and our fee as an agency, for the steps taken. Both amounts will be indicated separately. During this process, your agent will agree with you an artistic visit in order to evaluate "on-site" if it really adapts to the client's expectations.

CLOSURE OF OPERATION

If finally, your property is selected, our client will need a second visit of a technical nature (normally the day before production). After this last visit, we will proceed to make the contract with everything agreed upon between you and our client.

BILLING

Before each shooting, you must issue an invoice to our client with the amount indicated in the rental contract. Our client must make the payment before starting the shooting. Your agent will coordinate this process as well.

FILMING

Prior to the day of shooting and during it, we take care of monitoring the details of the film production so that everything flows satisfactorily, both for you and for our Client.
